American Dad!'s seventh season debuted on the Fox network on September 25, 2011. This season will consist of 22 episodes.

On February 23, 2011, it was announced that the series had been renewed for a seventh season.^[1][2]

During this season, Roger travels to the Middle East to support the troops and gets captured by an alien hunter, Stan gets a curse that makes him age backwards and reconciles with an old flame, and Hayley and Jeff adopt a possessed baby.^[3] Guest stars of the season include Cee Lo Green, Gabourey Sidibe, Kristen Schaal, Sarah Natochenny, Anjelica Huston, Sharon Lawrence, Ricky Martin, and Sarah Michelle Gellar.

Also, the hurricane-themed crossover episode with The Cleveland Show and Family Guy that would have aired the previous season but was postponed due to tornadoes in the South, aired October 2.^[4][5]

Meanwhile, Roger finds the perfect pair of shorts, and an encounter with Ricky Martin makes him question his self-confidence.

When Stan oversteps his boundaries, Francine intervenes to keep Steve’s virginity out of “blonde’s” way. Meanwhile, Roger starts his own limo service, and when a group of guys “drive and dash,” he goes on a manhunt to get his revenge.

Meanwhile, Steve is struck with good luck, when he accidentally wears Hayley's panties to school.

Forced to play Santa, Stan is mortified to find Roger horribly portraying the role of Jesus in the mall's Christmas play, and is excommunicated from the Church after pummeling Roger on live television. But upon learning that Jeff adopted a child who turns out to be the Antichrist, Stan sees a chance to become a Christian again. However, named Nemo, the Antichrist intends to make sure Stan's efforts to kill him are unsuccessful. The episode serves as a prequel to the season five episode "Rapture's Delight".
